The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. So if what you're doing isn't working, step it up. Don't be so easy on yourself.  Get comfortable being uncomfortable. (I know from personal experience because I used to weigh 210 pounds and am a FITNESS FOX now.)  Believe me, I know where you are and where you want to go, and I have the directions on how to get there!


WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW...

Metabolism is your body's ability to transfer food into energy through using your MUSCLE.  In brief,  you need to build muscle to boost your metabolism to burn more calories at rest. Women get afraid of muscle, saying, "Wait, I don't want to bulk up!" But that's a myth. A pound of fat is nearly 3x the size of a pound of muscle! Think of it like this, what takes up more space, a pound of FEATHERS? Or a pound of BRICK? It's all about composition. Guess Lionel Ritchie was on to something in "BRICK HOUSE." ;)


Below is a BASIC interval fat burning, muscle sculpting, endurance building workout.

EVERYONE who isn't physically disabled can do this -- it just may take some practice.

Three levels, BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED. Which one are you?

ALL LEVELS MUST COMPLETE 4 FULL SETS OF THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES:

(If you don't know the proper form, do a quick search online).


BEGINNER                INTERMEDIATE               ADVANCED


25 jumping jacks                 50 jumping jacks                         50 jumping jacks

25 lunges                            25 squats                                   50  squats

10 push-ups (on knees)     15 push-ups (no knees)             25  push-ups (cross ankles)

25 sit-ups  or crunches       50 crunches (any style)             100 crunches (any style)

30 second Chair pose         10 jump squats                         25  jump squats


All you need is an able body and solid ground.   Stay in motion the whole time, work hard, give it all you got, and when you’re ready, take it up a level! GOOD LUCK!!
